We are a small to medium-sized architectural firm located on beautiful Vancouver Island. Based in Esquimalt’s growing Town Centre, our attractive sun-filled studio features a view to the Olympic Mountains. Our portfolio includes a combination of multi-family, mixed-use and commercial / institutional projects. We are well located within greater Victoria’s biking network and many of our team members bike to work.

REGISTERED ARCHITECT
Min. 5 yrs AIBC registered experience. (we are looking for an experienced Architect, so more experience is better…)
Proficiency with Revit a must.
Positive personality, and a willingness to work as a team in a small to medium sized firm.
Well organized and comfortable with all aspects of design, documentation and project delivery, including site experience.
The following certifications / expertise would be an asset: Certified Passive House Designer, Net Zero, WELL Accredited Professional.
Experience with Fire Halls + Mass Timber construction an asset.
TECHNOLOGIST
Min. 5 years working experience.
Proficiency with Revit a must.
Positive personality, and a willingness to work as a team in a small to medium sized firm.
Comprehensive understanding of wood-frame construction and BC Building Code / Step Code.
Confidence to lead a team as job captain and deliver working drawing package.
Experience with Fire Halls + Mass Timber construction an asset.
